GTMOne FAQ
Practical answers. No hidden sales language.
Questions about what GTMOne does, how the assessment works, why assurance matters, what access is required, what it costs, and when it is not the right fit.
GTMOne
What exactly does GTMOne do?
GTMOne identifies operating failures across the GTM environment, evaluates their business relevance, diagnoses likely root causes, recommends remediation, verifies whether fixes worked, and can continuously monitor critical controls.
The focus is whether the operating conditions behind revenue execution are functioning as intended.
Is GTMOne a RevOps consulting company?
GTMOne uses GTM and RevOps expertise, but we are not building a traditional outsourced RevOps model. Our primary offerings are structured around assessment, control testing, risk identification, remediation verification, and continuous assurance.
We already have RevOps. Why would we need GTMOne?
Internal RevOps teams manage systems, reporting, planning, requests, enablement, processes, data, and projects. GTMOne provides a structured control layer that helps detect operating drift, prioritize issues commercially, verify fixes, and monitor recurrence.
Is this a Salesforce audit?
No. Salesforce may provide much of the evidence, but GTMOne looks across the broader GTM operating environment. A Salesforce audit asks whether Salesforce is configured correctly. GTMOne asks whether the GTM operation is behaving the way the business expects.
Is GTMOne software?
Today, GTMOne is a methodology-led GTM operating intelligence business supported by technology and automation. Over time, more of the recurring control layer will move into the GTMOne software platform.
Revenue Risk Assessment
How long does the assessment take?
A typical Growth Assessment takes approximately 10 business days. Complex environments may require longer. The timeline begins once required access, documentation, and stakeholders are available.
Will GTMOne make changes inside our CRM?
Not during the assessment by default. Our role is to detect, diagnose, recommend, and verify. Implementation can be performed internally, by an existing partner, or through a separately scoped GTMOne Remediation Sprint.
Do we have to use GTMOne to fix the issues?
No. Your team may implement the recommendations internally, use another partner, or engage GTMOne for selected remediation. The assessment should retain value even if GTMOne performs none of the implementation.
Can you guarantee revenue improvement?
No. GTMOne can identify operating failures, exposure, root causes, and remediation opportunities. Commercial outcomes depend on multiple factors outside GTMOne’s control.
Continuous Assurance
Why do we need Continuous Assurance?
Because the environment changes after the assessment. Changes to people, territories, systems, workflows, products, and processes can create new operating drift. Continuous Assurance detects those changes and verifies that important controls remain stable.
Does assurance replace RevOps support?
No. GTMOne does not become an unlimited CRM-administration or operational-support function. It works with RevOps through structured controls, evidence, prioritization, remediation tracking, and verification.
Data & Security
What systems do you support?
GTMOne is designed to work primarily with Salesforce and HubSpot-based GTM environments, along with supporting GTM systems where relevant.
How much access do you need?
It depends on scope. Where possible, we prefer read-only access, controlled exports, and minimum required permissions. We may also need workflow information, lifecycle definitions, operating documentation, and stakeholder interviews.
How do you protect our data?
We use the minimum information required for the agreed scope and establish appropriate confidentiality and data-handling terms before access is provided. We do not claim certifications we do not have.
Pricing
How much does a Revenue Risk Assessment cost?
Core starts from ₹75K. Growth is typically ₹1.25L–₹1.5L. Scale starts from ₹2L. Final pricing depends on complexity and scope.
How much does Continuous GTM Assurance cost?
Core is approximately ₹75K/month, Growth approximately ₹1.25L/month, and Scale approximately ₹2L–₹3L+/month. Final pricing depends on monitoring scope and complexity.
How do you calculate revenue impact?
We deliberately separate Confirmed Revenue Loss, Revenue at Risk, Pipeline Exposure, Operational Cost, and Decision Risk. Calculations use available evidence and clearly stated assumptions.
Fit
What size company is GTMOne designed for?
The initial target is growth-stage B2B SaaS and technology businesses, roughly $5M–$25M ARR, around 20–100 sellers, established RevOps or Operations, Salesforce or HubSpot, and increasing GTM complexity.
What if we are too early?
If the core challenge is CRM implementation, defining lifecycle, building basic routing, or establishing foundational RevOps, you may need foundational support before GTMOne becomes valuable. We will tell you that.
