Scope of These Terms
These terms govern use of withgtmone.com and its publicly available content. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement that identifies the contracting parties, scope, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, and applicable data-handling terms. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement concerning that engagement, the service agreement governs.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid engagement or authorize access to your systems.
Website Information and Examples
Website content provides general information about our approach and services. It is not a completed assessment of your business or a substitute for advice based on your circumstances.
Unless explicitly identified otherwise, sample reports, interface previews, scores, findings, company examples, and calculations are illustrative. They are not customer results, universal benchmarks, or a promise of available software functionality.
Services and Commercial Outcomes
GTMOne evaluates agreed operating conditions using available evidence. Findings depend on the scope, evidence quality, access, and time period reviewed. An assessment does not establish that every failure or risk has been identified.
Pipeline exposure and revenue at risk are not the same as confirmed revenue loss. Recommendations do not guarantee revenue growth, savings, risk elimination, or other commercial results.
Assessment access is read-only by default. Implementation, system changes, monitoring cadence, verification, and response commitments must be expressly included in the written engagement scope. The website does not promise real-time monitoring or unlimited support.
Pricing
Website prices describe the stated package or starting scope and exclude GST unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, payment terms, final scope, and any additional fees are confirmed in the written proposal or agreement before work begins. Website updates do not change an existing signed agreement.
Permitted Use and Intellectual Property
You may view website content and use downloadable samples internally to evaluate GTMOne. You may link to our public pages and quote short extracts with attribution where permitted by law.
Website content, branding, and materials belong to GTMOne or their respective owners. Except as permitted by law or with permission, you may not resell, republish, or present these materials as your own, or imply GTMOne endorses your business. Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables are addressed in the service agreement.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious content, or interfere with its operation. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary confidential or personal information through the enquiry form.
Privacy and External Links
Our Privacy Policy explains how information associated with website use and enquiries is handled. Access to client systems and processing of client data are additionally governed by the relevant engagement agreement.
External websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not constitute an endorsement.
Availability and Responsibility
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but it may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or the completeness or suitability of general website information for a particular decision.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for paid services is addressed in the relevant service agreement.
Governing Law and Updates
These website terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. Disputes concerning website use are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, India, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and its effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not override signed engagement terms.
